For many of you who know me, you see an outgoing, upbeat, wild, and bubbly person. Seeing this side of me, it could shock many to hear that I battle depression. This isn’t a new battle; it’s something that I have dealt with my whole young adult life and even as a teenager. As a teenager I didn’t know it was depression, I just assumed it was teenage hormones and it was normal. It wasn’t until I got older that I learned that it was depression.
